11/21/2017 · I’ve always found the BG engineers good but dyno rod are hit and miss, depends who turns up. When the BG engineers fixed plumbing as well as boiler /heating issues it was much better, BG customer service is good if you have any issues though and it’s been worth having for the heating cover in the past, had 2 pumps replaced, a PCB and a valve.
